Hi there! We’ve got a great room opening up in our apartment that we’re hoping to fill immediately. It’s a great location, off street parking, washer dryer and a full kitchen.
Current roommates are two males and one female, all professionals. Male roommates work in film industry, ages 24 & 34. Female roommate works in clean tech, is 27.
The apartment is 3 stories, with the available room on the first level. It shares a bathroom with the other bedroom on that level. The washer and dryer are on this level as well.
The second story has the other two bedrooms. Top floor has the kitchen and shared living room, along with a small bathroom, a pantry, and an outdoor patio. There’s no smoking in the house, but feel free to smoke anything legal in California outside/on the patio. We’re not a party house, but we are pro-good vibes, so do your thing respectfully and it’s all good.
