2 Rooms in Modern Apartment in East Hollywood

Hi there! We’ve got two great rooms opening up in our apartment that we’re hoping to fill by May 1st 2026. It’s a great location, off street parking, washer dryer and a full kitchen. Both roommates currently working in the film industry, like to keep the place clean and the vibes good.

The apartment is 3 stories, with the smaller of the two available rooms on the first level. It shares a bathroom with the other bedroom on that level. The washer and dryer are on this level as well.

The second story has the other two bedrooms, inclusions the Master Bedroom which is the larger of the two available rooms. It has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet.

Top floor has the kitchen and shared living room, along with a small bathroom, a pantry, and an outdoor patio. There’s no smoking in the house, but feel free to smoke anything legal in California outside/on the patio. We’re not a party house, but we are pro-good vibes, so do your thing respectfully and it’s all good.
