Private room available in 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom 2-story 1920's Spanish style courtyard townhouse in quiet residential East Hollywood neighborhood.

The secure building is centrally located in an up-and-coming neighborhood, close to the 101 Freeway and Vermont Metro station, AFI, LACC, Los Feliz, Silverlake, DTLA, and Griffith Park.
Move-in date: May 1 (flexible)

Month to month, $1380/month plus $85 utilities (incl. water/power/gas/gardener, high speed Wi-Fi and residential street parking permit). Optional: Personal gated carport parking space. One month security deposit required (may be paid in 2 installments).

Couples will be considered. Sorry, currently no dogs.

Room is light & airy, unfurnished (I can provide a work desk and chair), and has a great courtyard view with a loquat tree in front of window, and a spacious walk-in closet. Shared bathroom with both shower and dub, washer and dryer on premises, hardwood floors. You are welcome to use the household items and appliances I already have here.

Very spacious community courtyard with patio heater and BBQs and lots of gardening opportunities. Neighbors are chill and mostly creative professionals.

You would share the house with me (female European transplant) and two cats (they are mostly outdoor cats).
