Private Room in small 2 bed house

Private room with shared bathroom in two bedroom house. You'd be living with me (30s F) and a very lazy and affectionate cat. The house is one of three units on the property with the landlord living on site. There is a fenced yard that is shared with the landlord and tandem parking in the driveway. This is a month to month sublet - available May 1st, flexible move in date through June 1st. Preference will be given to anyone planing to stay 6+ months. First month rent plus $1,000 deposit due on move in. The room will be unfurnished. I am looking for one person only, any gender is welcome. Would be willing to consider one pet.

The place is located in East Hollywood right between K town and Los Feliz, with coffee shops, a park, a grocery store, and corner markets all within walking distance.
