Replacement in Koreatown

Hello everyone
I’m making this post because I’m looking for someone to replace my spot on my current lease in Koreatown. I will be moving out at the end of March. Looking for someone to move in April 1st. This will NOT be a Broken Lease. The landlord will essentially have you apply and once you get approved. They will add you onto the lease and once I move out and you move in they will take me off the lease. This means you will be taking my spot and finishing the lease which Ends June 30th 2026.

Deposit: The deposit is $750. I have payed my portion of the deposit when I moved in. Since we are switching places you would pay me the $750 deposit and The landlord will be keeping my deposit that I payed in the beginning for you to have. If you decide to move out then you would get that money back. also after the lease ends it will turn into month to month. You get your own bathroom and bedroom

Appliances: stove, microwave , fridge, dishwasher.

Parking : parking comes with the apartment no extra cost in tandem with the other roommate.

Requirements. Credit score 600-650
Make 2.5 times the rent with combine household income.

Shared laundry

Rent: we each pay 1194 a month which includes rent cost and insurance each month. Utilities are not included and usage based and electricity is collected every other month. On average for water, electric gas ,trash ,and WiFi each pay 130-150 altogether for utilities. Online payments
