ABOUT ME:
Hello there! My name is Antonio and I am seeking for someone who is respectful and clean to share a 2 bedroom apartment with. I am a fun-loving and social guy who enjoys being a homebody on my days off with a little of a social life outside of home. I keep shared spaces clean, communicate openly, and appreciate a calm comfortable home. I'm generally pretty laid-back during the week and enjoy relaxing at home, but also like going out occasionally and spend time with friends and family. I'm very considerate about noise, shared expenses, and personal space.

ABOUT YOU:
Ideally, I'm looking for a roommate who is responsible, communicative, and values a peaceful living environment and LGBTQ+ friendly. If you're clean, respectful and looking for a drama-free place to live, we'll probably get along great! For transparency, I want to live with someone who has a stable employment and a consistent income.

You will have your own 156 sq ft Bedroom with a walk-in closet.
You will also have your own private bathroom with a shared shower. I have my own restroom in my room but it doesn't come with a shower. We will be sharing the living room and kitchen. There is also a balcony with a beautiful view of Downtown LA. You will also have your own parking space and there is laundry on site!
