The available bedroom room has west-facing windows and is bright and comfortable. The room is furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, a large dresser, and it has a closet with cupboard storage space above it.

***Please note that the furniture in the room can be rearranged however you like! I have it set up for maximum floor space at the moment. You can also hang pictures and things on the walls.*

The shared bathroom has a tub and a separate standing-only shower tiled in cute vintage pink and maroon tiles.

The spacious living room is large and open, with a comfortable couch and tv, and there is a dining area as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment (there is NOT a microwave).

The apartment is street-facing, and there is a front stoop to sit on as well as a little lawn. It is a great place!

There is a laundry room on site, (but not in the unit) and street parking only. Utilities are included in the rental price.

There are coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance, and the walk to Vermont Avenue where there are stores, restaurants, and a movie theater takes about 15 minutes.

I am a friendly clean, considerate, quiet roommate. I work both from home during the day as a hypnotherapist, and at a restaurant some days and some nights, so I am in and out.

I am looking for someone who is respectful, friendly, clean, and trustworthy.

You will have to fill out an application with the apartment complex rental company in order to live here, but it is an easy process. Please note that there is an application fee.
