Private Room, Private Bath in East Hollywood

Looking for a woman roommate who is responsible and clean for a one year lease (8/1/25-8/1/26) in East Hollywood. Private room with a private bathroom. Interior of apartment is 1200 sqft, brand new appliances, a shared half bathroom and a 900 sqft. private roof. Located a few minutes from the 101 freeway, along with grocery stores, restaurants, and more all in walking distance. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and there’s lots of street parking. No dogs, cats are up for discussion, but a maybe since we already have 2 cats. No extra pet fee.

We are two sisters who are currently sharing one of the rooms and we only plan on doing this for a year. For this reason, our roommate will be able to use all the throw away items in the shared space (ex. paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) without needing to replace them. We state that our roommate MUST be clean and responsible. These are nonnegotiable, please do not reach out if this is not you. We both have multiple jobs—one of them being Djs. Our roommate must also be okay with music playing in the apartment.

We are looking to fill the second room by August 1st, but it could potentially be earlier. The rent is $1550 plus utilities (gas, electric, wifi). We encourage all reliable, creatives to apply!
