There are two bedrooms, one bathroom in the bottom unit of a 2-unit townhome. The home is in a great, walkable neighborhood; right off the 101. It’s across the street from Lemon Grove Recreation Center, which includes two basketball courts, a baseball field, lovely shaded park with picnic areas and a walking path, and child-care. Behind the house is a small, private backyard space, complete with hanging lights. Other amenities include in-unit washer/dryer and tandem parking. The larger room holds a queen bed with a very comfortable Casper mattress, while the smaller room holds a full-size Murphy bed (made by Lori beds).
