Two rooms are now available, separately, for single occupancy in our spacious craftsman home, in East Hollywood, built in the early 1900s. One room is fully furnished, the other is unfurnished, but we can add some small things as per photos. The house was a very popular Airbnb destination for years, I was an Airbnb super host!

$1100 per month each room, utilities and WiFi included.

1 month deposit, refundable upon leaving if no damages occur, rent is paid in full and one month notice is given. No credit check necessary. Month to month.

The bedrooms are next to the shared bathroom, both have walk-in closets.

The house has spacious common areas such as living and dining rooms, front porch, backyard, driveway for parking, kitchen and breakfast nook, sizable laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.

We are looking for longterm rentals.
