WELCOME to your new home.
The house if furnished, but I can easily move my items out so you can decorate in your own style.

The home was built in the 1970s and has lots of natural light. Our neighbors have lived here for 30 years or more; the neighborhood houses ages from 30's to 80's.
It is an ultra-quiet home on a Cul de sac in the foothills of Eaglerock, known for its family-friendly atmosphere. The house is light and airy. Your second-floor master suite gives you total privacy, a full bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a balcony with seating. The room has a king-sized bed, two dressers, and a desk. A private office is available adjacent to your suite. I have the same setup on the second floor. IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN FURNITURE, I CAN MOVE MY ITEMS INTO THE GARAGE.

The home features an open chef's kitchen with an island and dining area and two large patio sliding doors that open up to a walled-in secure backyard with mature trees and garden beds, filled with cozy spots for napping, parties, and dogs.

The first floor has a large living room with a dining area, half bath, attached garage, and another bedroom, sitting area, or small bedroom. The home is furnished, but you may bring your own furnishings; I am not attached to the decor, I want this to be our home too. There is a washer/dryer in the garage with storage.

I am away at work from Wednesday until Saturday evening.

I have two funny dachshunds and a retriever to play with; your pet is welcome; we have dog parks and vets nearby.
If you have a car, you will have driveway parking; there is also street parking NO PERMIT or street cleaning interruptions. Public transport (bus) is available at the end of the street. The nearest Train station is in Pasadena.

We are within walking distance to great restaurants, yoga, markets, pharmacy, coffee shops, and boutiques. Oxydental College is 0.9 miles, Pasadena City College 5.4 miles, Cal Tech 5 miles, and ArtCenter College of Design 3.9 miles.
Minutes from the 135-5-and 101 Freeways. We are located on the borders of Pasadena and Glendale. I look forward to meeting you soon.
