This is a single room for rent. The apartment is part of a tri-plex so has a homey feel. It’s safe, beautiful ,and in a very friendly neighborhood. Right off York Avenue where there are a bunch of cute food spots, bars and shops.


The rent is cheaper because my bf stays over a few nights a week.

My name is Somia. I work in production/restaurants. So I work a lot usually. I have 1 young cat and an ESA puppy that is well behaved and adorable. Can’t accept animals that endanger my ESA.

I’m fairly clean, some clear preferences that can be discussed later.

This is a small/medium size room. The current roommate has a full size bed a tv stand , desk, and closet thing. And a few more pieces of furniture so there is plenty of room for stuff.
