Located in a well-maintained shared home with the owner, you’ll have access to the kitchen, in-unit laundry, dining room, backyard, and a weight rack in the garage. The living room is typically in use during the day, as I work from home.
There are two other bedrooms on the opposite side of the house, occupied by me (no shared walls), along with an additional full and half bathroom.
Rent includes gas, water, and trash service. Electricity is shared evenly.
Current roommate is myself - mid 30s female, work a corporate job from home, sober, non-smoker, no pets. Great communicator. Ideally looking for someone who does not also work from home. I do have occasional family members visit the house.
