Private bedroom is available starting September 1 in a 4-bedroom apartment for $707.33.

You will be living with two women and one man. We are very friendly, respectful and easy going.

This apartment is professionally managed and is well-located.

PCC, Caltech, Metro Station, Starbucks, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Old Town Pasadena are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants all around and plenty of street parking available. Close to major freeways (110 and 210 are 3-5 minutes away).

Room is large and unfurnished. Water is included. Wifi and electricity bill will be split between 4 total housemates; this is usually less than $50.00 a month, but varies by month.

Kitchen, dining area and large living room are shared. Bathroom with tub/shower is also shared.

There are laundry rooms and a pool on site.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, clean, quiet, easy-going and respectful. Someone who will always pay the rent and shared utilities bills on time.
