I’m looking to sublet a private room with an additional office space in my house, located in the beautiful Pasadena Playhouse neighborhood.

The space includes:

Private bedroom, separate private room that is ideal as an office, art studio, or creative workspace, private bathroom, dedicated off-street parking space, lots of storage space, shared dining room and kitchen…

The house features central A/C, washer and dryer, dishwasher, a utility sink (great for artists or other hands-on work), and a fully equipped kitchen. Rooms can be either furnished or not.

Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, the house is within walking distance of museums, movie theaters, cafés, restaurants and shops in the vicinity of the Pasadena Playhouse. It’s an ideal location for anyone who enjoys being able to walk to culture, dining, and everyday conveniences.

A little about me: I’m a professional artist and spend most weekdays working from my studio in Boyle Heights. When I’m not in the studio, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my 6-month-old Cavapoo, Oona. You’ll be sharing the home with me and Oona.

Rent: $1,650/month + $100/month utilities (flat fee)
