Looking for a roommate to fill private room for our townhouse in Pasadena starting May 1st! We’re an LGBTQ+ friendly household and are looking preferably for a female or queer roomie. Location is a few blocks from the metro and walkable to downtown Pasadena. We’re both in our early 30s and work in the service industry. We live in a 3 bed 3 bath townhouse and you would have your own bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, I also have an extra bed furnished in there if needed. Washer and dryer in unit, central ac and heating, and private parking. Rent is $1,266.67+ utilities and a deposit of $1266.67.
