Hi! My name is Shannon, I’m 37, laid-back, and clean. My current roommate is moving out on Dec 1st, so I’m looking for a female roommate to take over the master bedroom. I work in E-commerce/fashion, and I have a sweet 3-year-old Maltipoo who is very friendly

Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, 1,010 sq ft

Laundry in-unit and extra storage space

Large living room and balcony with city views

Underground gated parking with elevator; side-by-side spots, not tandem

Located in Pasadena, near Oak Knoll Ave & Walnut St in the Playhouse District

One block from Target, Starbucks, and Vroman’s Bookstore

10-minute walk to Old Town Pasadena

Room Details:
Master Bedroom: Private bathroom and walk-in closet, available Dec 1st, rent

$1,600/month (utilities not included; estimated $150/month)

Bedroom will be unfurnished

Most of the living room furniture will not remain

Security deposit required for your portion of the rent

My Room: I will occupy the second bedroom; my bathroom is outside my room and no guests will be allowed to use it

Looking For:
Female, ages 30–45

Working professional only

Very clean, kind, laid-back

Must love dogs and be okay with my Maltipoo

1 small dog is okay, no smokers

Occasional overnight guests are okay with communication, but absolutely no parties, loud gatherings, or frequent guests

Proof of income 3x rent and credit score 650+ required

No remote working

12-month lease, must obtain renters insurance, and apply via property management

Month to Month is feasible, as long as lease is signed by 12/01

I will be out of town 10/22–11/01, but I wanted to post this now for visibility. The process will be:

I’ll show you the apartment

If everything works, our property manager will need you to apply via their application, which includes a credit check, background check, and employment verification

Note:
This is a rare find at this price. You can look around, but this is almost unheard of in this area—that’s why I’m keeping it available until the right roommate comes along.

I’m not in a rush—more important to me is finding the right roommate to maintain a peaceful, drama-free home.
