One bedroom with a private bathroom in a beautiful 2B2B apartment in a great location right in the heart of cute old town Pasadena. Living room and kitchen are shared. There is a walk-in closet in the room and the washer-dryer are in the unit itself. Underground parking is available in the building and is included in the rent. Apartment has a balcony and the there is a pretty rooftop patio as well.

The apartment building is in the best location which is both quiet and at the same time < 1 min walk to several restaurants, bars, pubs, shopping outlets. Traders Joes and Ralph’s nearby. Caltech and PCC are 1.5 miles away. I’ll buy you a meal if you don’t like the apartment and its location haha

I’m a 30 year old professional in finance industry who likes hiking, trying good food, reading, music. I am curious and love to chat and hangout but also quiet and keep to myself

P. S.- Pets are welcome. Room’s furniture in the pictures is not included.
