Luxury Apt DTLA - Hope + Flower / Olympic + Hill

Hi, I have just relocated to LA and willl be walking to work in DTLA, in South Park. I am looking for a roommate who is interested in living in DTLA with me to split the rent at a luxury apartment for a good price! I am aiming for a move in date of late Dec to early Jan- so I am waiting to submit an application to these apartments until I find a roommate.

I toured both the Hope + Flower building, and Olympic + Hill. Each one offer 2 bedroom apartments for roughly 3,500-3,800. This would keep the rent relatively cheap for both of us, and the amenities are amazing. They have a gym, pool, sauna, parking (for a fee), work from home spaces, music room, and one of them has a view of the Hollywood sign.

The luxury apartments look like they offer a great lifestyle- you can walk to work, there are loads of coffee shops and restaurants, quick access to cryptoarena, and access to the highways.

I am a 25 year old professional woman here to work for the Olympics! I will be working from 9am-6pm, so my weekdays will be busy. I plan to spend time at the beach and exploring LA on the weekends. I am friendly and I love to stay active. Ocassionally I will have friends stay with me out of town, but this is only a handful of times every year. I love having a cozy living room space where we can hang out. I love to be social but also like my downtime.
