Furnished Private Room in Little Tokyo/DTLA

I’m subleasing my furnished private bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment in Little Tokyo / Downtown LA. This is ideal for a student, summer intern, or anyone looking for a comfortable short-term stay in a central location.

The room comes furnished with a queen-sized bed, desk, chair, and a large closet. Each bedroom in the apartment has its own private bathroom, so you would have your own bathroom as well.

The apartment has a large shared kitchen, spacious living room, and a balcony. The building also has great amenities, including a large gym, pool, hot tub, grill area, rooftop, and 24/7 security overseeing the street around the building and the shared public areas.

You would be sharing the apartment with two male SCI-Arc students and a cat named Rosie. The apartment is close to SCI-Arc, the Arts District, Little Tokyo, and Downtown LA.

Parking is not included, as I do not currently use a parking spot myself.

Available as a summer sublet until mid-August.
