Room available-Unique Art Gallery Warehouse Loft

Hi, I have a bedroom in my art gallery loft available for $1000/m. All expenses paid-utilities, internet included. The bedroom itself is a standard sized, roughly 13ft x 10ft room. Has a concrete floor and ceiling fan (new, not in photos) for added comfort. The room is also private and windowless, great for night owls or people with later work shifts.

About the space. The main space or show room is a living space the majority of the time yet on occasion is an event space for art shows and mostly low key events. Events currently happen 2 or 3 times per year.

There are 5 bedrooms, 5 people living in the space total, including yourself. There is 1 full bathroom and a second half bath. The space is typically quiet and we prefer to keep it that way. It is what I like to call a work-first space and is not a party space.

About the roomies: Most of the people in the space are involved in the arts in some way, some travel for work and can be gone for extended periods of time.

In terms of rent and deposit. There is a refundabledeposit of $830 asked to secure the room. The rent is $1000 and this includes all utilities, internet, basic toiletries.

There is only street parking, no designated parking spots or parking garage. There is secured paid parking nearby. I am unsure of the pricing and availability

Please be sure to check out our location! Cross streets are Olympic Blvd and Mateo St. We are near the arts district and close to a lot of great restaurants and retail, the area is a bit industrial though and it’s important that you view the area and see that it’s a fit for you before messaging.
