I'm looking for a female condominium roommate in Downtown LA(90015) from 4/1. The $1200 room (deposit $1600) comes with the closet, bed furniture, and shared bathroom. There is also a washing machine dryer, dishwasher, and microwave oven in the room. Also, the pool, jacuzzi, gym, and conference room in the condominium are available 24 hours a day! The concierge is always in the lobby.

Current roommates are women working in the fashion and creative industry, and we are looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful female roommate!

You will be required to pay for the deposit when signing the contract. Since it is a one-year contract, we will refund the full amount only if you move out one year after signing the contract.

It has good transportation access and you can go to UCLA and USC on metro! You can get to Little Tokyo or Koreatown within 10 minutes by bus or metro!
