I am looking for a clean and responsible person to rent a room in my penthouse apartment.
The room is immediately to the left as soon as you walk in. Your private bathroom is attached. The washer and dryer are right next to the bathroom. The apartment is 1600 sq feet with a great view and large open kitchen.
The building only has 3 penthouses. It’s a very nice building. It has a beautiful lobby and nice elevators. There is a very nice and peaceful lounge area with couches and tv’s that is rarely occupied by anyone. It also has a nice workout room. There is rooftop area with hot tub as well.
