Hi there! :)

My sister and I currently live in a 2 Bed / 2 Bath apartment, each using our own bedroom and bathroom. She’ll be abroad for a few months, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room. I’ll still be living here, and you’ll have your own private bedroom and private bathroom!

I’m sharing the apartment details and photos below — feel free to reach out anytime if you’re interested!

📍 Location: Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA).
If you’re a USC student, it’s about 10–15 minutes by car, and the USC shuttle stop is a 5-minute walk, so it’s very convenient for commuting.

📅 Move-in Dates: January 2026 – April or May 2026
(The dates are flexible and can be adjusted!)

💰 Rent: $2,100 per month (all utilities included)
✔️ Parking is included as well — please let me know in advance if you have a car!

🛏️ The Room & Bathroom: 2Bed 2Bath layout
- Private bathroom inside the room
- Mattress and desk can be provided, or I can clear the room if you prefer your own furniture!

🍽️ Kitchen: My sister and I have lived here for almost two years, so the kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics you’d need.
