I have a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, with one room (plus private bathroom) in the Ferrante apartments that is available to rent - it can be furnished and ready to move in. This is a flat share, i will be in the other bedroom - We would share lounge and kitchen. My lease runs until late Feb 2026, I am open to short term rentals or for someone to rent up until February - Also option to take over the lease when i leave.

Ferrante is on the edge of Echo Park and Downtown

This will be $1600 per month, all in - No bills ontop. The apartment has AC, Internet, TV/Netflix etc

A little about me - I am English, male, age 38, i work in tech and work from home, though i often will be away for a couple of days at a time. I am very clean and tidy, open to hanging out and making friends

The Ferrante apartments are awesome - gyms, pools, saunas, its a great place to live
