Hello! I'm Jadamarie, I'm a 22 year old female urgently looking for a roommate to split the rent with in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment at the luxury Davinci building. I need someone to move in by July 1st at the latest. There is a private room/bath available with a shared kitchen and living space. The living area is furnished but the private room is not, so you can decorate it how you want. There is an in unit washer/dryer, oven, gas stove, and microwave. There are also many great amenities in the building such as multiple pools and jacuzzis, a gym, rooftop, sauna, a private lounge area, and a movie theater. The monthly rent is $1470 along with utilities and wifi. There is also parking in the building for $125 a month, and the security deposit is $300. I also have a dog, so you must be okay with dogs, My dog is very friendly and doesn't take up a lot of space. I want to reiterate that I will need someone to move in by July 1st and no later.
