Two of my roommates in a DTLA condominium are returning to Korea and Japan urgently, so I am looking for two roommates for a one-year contract!

Both rooms are private, and you will share the kitchen and bathroom! The interior is like a high-rise condominium in Manhattan, New York!

A deposit will be paid when you sign the contract. Since it is a one-year contract, the full amount will only be refunded if you move out one year after signing the contract.

In addition, if you move out, please give us a one-month notice in accordance.
The large room is $1200 (plus $2400 deposit), and the small room is $900 (plus $1800deposit)!
