USC student Welcome!! Roommate Wanted!!

I’m looking for a roommate from September 1st. Previously, this apartment has been occupied by a Samsung employee, a judge, a nurse, and a graphic designer! The $1,100 apartment ($2,200 for the deposit) comes with a large closet and a balcony! The room also includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. You can also use the condo’s pool, jacuzzi, gym, and conference room 24 hours a day! A concierge is always available in the lobby.

A deposit is required when signing the lease. This is a one-year contract, so a full refund is only available if you move out after one year.

Public transportation is convenient, with direct Metro access to UCLA and USC! Little Tokyo and Koreatown are within 10 minutes by bus or Metro!

There are four roommates right now: two Koreans, a Japanese, and two Americans. One American will leave at the end of August. We have five rooms total. All roommates are very silent, and they respect each other. They have their jobs, and they only stay in the room at night. They are friendly.
