Looking for a female roommate to move into my previous room in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.
Rooms are on opposite sides of the large center living space, so plenty of privacy is maintained.
A gated parking garage is included for $150/month.
Amenities include an updated rooftop and lounging space, as well as a newly renovated gym.
There is 24 hour security.
The only bills both roommates are responsible for are the electric and internet bills. The cost varies every month and will be split between each roommate.
My roommate is also a woman and would feel more comfortable if only women applied.
