Hi! I am a year old professional, working in and exploring LA! I currently live in an apartment in the Arts District, Los Angeles. I am looking for a roommate to move in and can use the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is spacious and can come empty or furnished, has a walk in closet, and a beautiful view of the DTLA skyline. The rest of the unit is furnished, has a washer and dryer, open kitchen w/peninsula, central a/c and heat, and also has the same beautiful view of DTLA and the hills. The building includes a pool, jacuzzi, hour gym, game/entertainment room, 2 outdoor theaters with firepits, and several bbq grills. The neighborhood is friendly, fun, and centrally located. There are dozens of renowned restaurants, coffee shops, boba tea, bookstores, nail salons, bars, museums, workout studios, and various other shops on the same street and within the surrounding immediate blocks of the building. Close to Union Station and freeways.
