We are a m/f couple looking to temporarily rent out 1 furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment at a beautiful resort style building by the week or month starting January 12, 2026. AVAILABLE TO SEE NOW!

About us: We are both outgoing working professionals in our 40s. Looking for a mature working professional or a student. Looking for a chill human, not hosting parties or extended stays by friends/family at our apartment. Communication is key and common sense, responsibility and maturity, please. We occasionally host get togethers, but mostly keep it chill.

Now then, onto the apartment!
It has ALL the amenities you could wish for!
Inside the apartment, we have a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a balcony. The kitchen is semi open. Beautiful granite countertops, and a new refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and full oven. Plenty of cupboard space! Apartment has central heat and AC. Apartment has hardwood floors, plenty of natural sunlight and beautiful sunset views!

Private Furnished Bedroom
Room has an ensuite bathroom with shower. Room includes a queen-size bed. Bedroom has a hanging flatscreen TV. Closet is not available, but dresser can be provided or you can bring an armoire.

Outside the apartment!
You will have an assigned parking spot in our covered and gated garage. There is a private park with a track around the perimeter if you like to run outside late at night or early in the morning and stay safe. Also in the park is work out stations including pull-up bars, mini putting green, volleyball net, and picnic tables. What's that? You want a place to cool down? We have not one, but three pools, two jacuzzis, two gyms, and beautiful courtyards. We've thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and the apartment is now under market value, so we don't plan on leaving any time soon. We're looking for someone to rent short term. This could work well for either a professional relocating to Los Angeles or transitioning to a permanent home or a student looking for off campus housing for a semester.

- Monthly Renter: $650 Security Deposit + 1 month rent is due before move in date.
