I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at the Broadway Palace Apartments located at 1026 S Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90015.

Its a luxury apartment walking distance to the Staples Center, the Mayan, and many other popular locations. It also comes with a ton of amenities like a movie theatre, gym, indoor basketball court, 3 junior olympic sized pools, a sauna, and much more.

I am a Financial Services professional who will be busy with work for the majority of the week, but will like to go out on the weekends. I am easy going and social, but will also have times where I keep to myself.

I am ideally looking for another male roommate at least 21 and also a working professional or student who is clean and respectful. I am easy going and social but will also have times where I keep to myself.

Rent would be around $1560 each and would be for a 12 month lease.
Around 1000 sq ft, with walk-in closet and your own bathroom.

I am looking to move by 12/1, but could move sooner or later.
