With a shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, parking, gate key for the entire apartment complex, your own closet space, air mattress (bedding supplies are an additional fee, $1 a day for usage also wear and tear), if you're interested.

YOU WILL NEED TO PAY UTILITIES ONLY $400

That allows you to stay 2 weeks, according to my rental agreement since 2010, any additional weeks or months, you will need to be registered at, In Home Supportive Services Department of Public Social Services (IHSS DPSS), as my PROVIDER or CAREGIVER, using the forms SOC 2298.

If you choose to become my IHSS DPSS PROVIDER, you can live-in permanently, rent free and tax-free, but $400 for utilities must be paid monthly, on the 1st to the 5th of each month.

You will be responsible for the following duties and protocols:

(Antelope Valley, Lancaster CA 93534) area, One block away, MAIN STREET, The BLVD.

I’m searching for a California legal primary provider, guest, or roommate; there will be no sleepovers, no smoking or vaping of anything, no legal marijuana, no illegal drugs, no legal or illegal firearms, and no pets.

YOUR DUTIES:

*Shopping.

*Domestic cooking, cleaning of household, prepping bath with: towels, razors, soaps, etc., (No bathing needed).

*A Driver’s License, or Identification Card; California or another, for transportation, errands, and doctor visits, with your or my own vehicle.

*On the job training for administration and maintenance of medical equipment and medications.

Shouldn’t Christians treat all people with respect, regardless of their sexual orientation?

Absolutely.
The Bible says:
“Honor men of all sorts” or, as Today’s English Version renders it, “Respect everyone.”

(1 Peter 2:17)

Therefore, Christians are not homophobic. They show kindness to all people, including those who are gay

The Bible says:
“All things, therefore, that you want men to do to you, you also must do to them. This, in fact, is what the Law and the Prophets mean”

(Matthew 7:12)

If someone asks:

“Doesn’t your view of homosexuality encourage prejudice against gays?”

You might reply:

“Not at all. I reject homosexual conduct, not people.”

“To illustrate, I choose not to smoke. In fact, I find the very idea of it repugnant. But suppose you’re a smoker and you feel differently. I wouldn’t be prejudiced against you for your view, just as I’m sure you wouldn’t be prejudiced against me for my view—am I right? The same principle applies to our differing views of homosexuality.”
