The house is a 3 bed 2 bath, we are looking to rent 1 bed and a shared bathroom with one other roommate. The length we are looking to rent is 10.1.2026 - 1.21.27. After utilities total rent comes out to just above $650. Couples welcomed, some of the roommates smoke in a shed out in the backyard. Some roommates drink occasionally with friends. All roommates ages are from 19-21.
