Available Sept 1st. Beautiful furnished room with dresser storage. We would like to keep our furniture we provided but feel free to add on your style to complete the room. Unfortunately, parking is NOT included, but there is plenty of street parking and guest parking is available most days. If you are interested, a $ 75 ADDITIONAL FEE A MONTH FOR GARAGE Parking is available. TV will be equipped with- Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and Peacock.

We are a fun and loving couple who are looking to rent out our spare room to a FEMALE PREFERRED. We have an amazing and extremely friendly dog who is a lab mix. We are respectful and understand personal space. We would love someone who has the same energy and good vibes. As much as we’ve enjoyed having the whole place to ourselves, we wanted to give someone an opportunity to have a comfortable and safe space.
