Starting March 1st, this charming furnished room features a dresser, side tables, light stands, and a TV. The TV is equipped with popular streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and Peacock.

You will have your own bathroom located directly across from your room, with no shared walls, as the rooms are situated on completely opposite sides, which is a great advantage to avoid disturbances.

All utilities are included, so you won’t need to stress about any extra expenses! Although parking isn’t provided, there is ample street parking available. If you prefer to park in a garage, it will cost an additional $75 per month.

About the roomies
We’re a fun-loving couple seeking to rent our spare room to a female preferred. Our adorable dog is super friendly and a bit shy, but don’t worry—she has her own space and absolutely loves belly rubs! We value respect and personal space, and when we’re not working, we enjoy grabbing a bite, catching a sports game, or dancing to some great music. Staying active is important to us, and we’re lucky to have a fantastic gym right downstairs, so you’ll often find us there or at our own gym. We’re looking for someone who shares our positive energy and good vibes, and we want to create a comfortable and safe environment for you.
