We are a fun and loving couple who are looking to rent out our spare room to a FEMALE PREFERABLY! We have an amazing and extremely friendly dog who is a lab mix. We love to host and have game nights. Cannabis friendly. We are respectful and understand personal space. We would love someone who has the same energy and good vibes. As much as we’ve enjoyed having the whole place to ourselves, we wanted to give someone an opportunity to have a comfortable and safe space.

Beautiful furnished room. We are okay with you bringing in your own storage for example- dresser.. We would like to keep our furniture we provided. TV will be equipped with- Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and Peacock. Parking is not included, but there is plenty of street parking and guest parking is available most days. Modern, resort-style living defined by expansive rooftop pools, lounge decks and landscaped gardens. Not to mention an abundance of relaxing amenities, including outdoor fireplaces, a social tavern, a billiards room, a yoga room and even a Zen garden. Those craving more action will embrace the state-of-the-art fitness center, a Wi-Fi enabled co-working space and a private screening room. Located in downtown Glendale, and is an easy commute to Downtown LA, Hollywood, Burbank, Los Feliz and Pasadena.
