Loking for a third Christian female roommate! $1175/month - 3bed/2bath in central Culver City - less than 10 mins walk to a bunch of coffee, restaurants, grocery stores etc. and located in a safe neighborhood.

We are both in our mid twenties, are very chill, and host quite a bit (brunch, game nights, dinner, Bible studies, etc.) We will be redecorating the common area to be mid-century modern.

Rent for the room would be $1175/month + utilities which end up being ~$60-$120 depending on the season. You'd share a bathroom.
