Burbank Room For Rent – March 1

Hey guys! I’m looking for one roommate to join my 3 bed/2 bath apartment in sunny Burbank, California for MARCH 1ST MOVE-IN! ☀️

We have 1 bedroom available. Rent is $1174/month + utilities for water/trash/electric/internet (which are evenly split each month by the 3 total roommates).

The apartment features a pool, two grills, an outdoor lounge area, a mailroom, ample street parking, Maintenence on site as well as Pay-By-Phone laundry (also takes quarters).

We are located just minutes by foot to downtown Burbank, which includes 3 AMC theaters, bars, restaurants, a mall, various shopping centers and a bowling alley.

One is a 29 year old actor/filmmaker 🎥 that works in the entertainment industry.

I am a 37 year old who manages a movie theatre.

There is a dog named Scooby who is a very intelligent border collie and the best! Won’t be able to take on any additional pets, unfortunately.
