I’m moving to OC and looking for someone to take over my spot on the lease in a 3 bed / 3 bath townhouse starting November 3rd.
You’ll have your own room + private en suite bathroom
- $1,100 rent + utilities ($60–100/mo)
- Water + trash covered by landlord
- Deposit ($1,000) goes to me upon approval + 1st month rent to roommate Anne on move in date
- Home has an attached garage with 1 parking spot available if needed + plenty of street parking (need to purchase permit to park on street overnight)
- In-unit washer/ dryer + dishwasher + AC
About the girls:
- You’ll be moving in with two chill girls, Aubrey (25) and Anne (31). Anne works from home during the week but is often out of town or dog sitting. Aubrey is a server and is home half of the week. Her bf comes to visit but he’s friendly and everyone stays in their rooms for the most part.
Who the girls are looking for:
• No pets, couples, or kids
• Ideally someone who plans to stay long-term
Less than a mile away from Target, Costco, parks, and has a great walk score with good transit options!
12 minute drive to CSULA (3 miles), 15 minute drive to USC Keck (7 miles)
