I’m a young working professional with a full-time schedule looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful roommate. I keep a pretty busy schedule and am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who wants a comfortable, quiet place to call home.

The ideal roommate would be a working professional, student, commuter, or someone who works primarily outside of the home and tends to stay busy throughout the week. Someone who travels for work, works longer hours, or is generally out and about often would be a particularly good fit.

I’m pretty independent and value having a peaceful home environment. I’m friendly and easygoing, but I also like having my own space and would prefer a roommate who feels the same. This isn't really a party household or a place where people are constantly coming and going.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, financially responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and considerate when it comes to noise and guests. Ideally, we can both enjoy the apartment while maintaining our own routines and independence.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, in-unit washer and dryer, and is located in Downey with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and surrounding areas.
