Large Bedroom and Private Bathroom for rent

Hello!

I'm renting out the large bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.

This bedroom includes a private bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious walk-in closet, storage drawers, a full vanity and your own air conditioning unit.

You also have access to a full kitchen and all common areas of the apartment.

You'll also receive your own dedicated gated parking with remote.

There are two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, two saunas, a gym, a gameroom and four dedicated laundry facilities as well.

This complex is located less than 5 minutes from downtown Downey with almost every type of shopping and stores. The 5, 605, 710 and 105 fwys are minutes away. Downey Landing and Stonewood Mall are also minutes away.

This bedroom is ideal for a couple but I'm open to anyone who's interested. I'd prefer a couple/individual who is serious and DRAMA FREE, RESPONSIBLE and committed. Pays their bills on time and most importantly, with a long-term commitment.

You'll have to qualify through building management so having adequate income and NO EVICTION is a must. The management office will require a $35 fee for a credit check in a form of a money order. According to management, having a low score doesn't necessarily disqualify anyone.

The rent is $1400 per month and DOES NOT include utilities. Utilities are Wifi, water, trash, sewage, gas, electricity and Netflix (optional). Utilities usually is around $125 per month for one person and about $170 for two depending on season and usage.

I have a little dog named Rascal and he is very friendly. If you happen to have a small dog (less than 15 lbs) or a cat, it's welcome as well! There is a $30 additional "pet fee" management imposes for a pet.

My name is Soel and I work full-time. I'm chilled and laid back and mind my own business.

This is a clean and uncluttered home. Please only apply if you are willing and able to leave the shared spaces spotless after using them, i. e. the kitchen is cleaned immediately after use, no dishes left in the sink overnight, and everything is put away when not in use.

My current roommates are two women in their 20s and 30s, and they'd be willing to vouch how safe this place is.

I have a daughter in college and want to provide the same kind of safe space that I would want for my daughter.

The official move-in date is for April 1st, but there is an option to pay half the rent and move in on March 16th.
