• One parking space available if needed
• Key for bedroom door + front door access code

House expectations:
• Must clean up after yourself in common areas
• Respectful, quiet, and responsible living style
• Quiet hours: 10pm–7am

Guest policy:
• Occasional overnight guest allowed (1 night max, no consecutive nights, no more than 3 nights per month). No additional occupants.

Additional notes:
• Employment verification required
• Leaseholder may occasionally bring trained dogs when visiting from out of state (no regular pets in home)

Lease terms:
• 3-month minimum
• Month-to-month after
