It features a spacious bedroom, jacuzzi bathtub ensuite, large walk-in closet, own balcony with sliding glass door; all in a beautiful home with great natural lighting, located in North Downey. My home is close to the 5 freeway, great for commuting. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, lovely for walks.

Amenities: washer/dryer, large kitchen, plenty of street parking.

Kitchen: Shared kitchen. You'll be given a large drawer for your personal kitchen/cooking supplies. Appliances: stove, oven, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, sink, dish washer. Fridge is not shared but I have a walk-in pantry room for your own small fridge, not provided.

No pets, no couples, no smoking on the property.
