Diamond Bar House with Massive Pool

Private room available in a beautiful home in Diamond Bar with incredible views overlooking the 60, 57, and 10 freeways. On a clear day, you can even see Los Angeles from the deck!

The private bedroom is approximately 11x11 and shares a bathroom with one other person. We’re looking for one person who is clean, organized, respectful, and looking for a comfortable place to call home. A few house rules and requirements: • Single occupancy only. No couples. • No smoking. • No pets. • Please keep shared spaces clean and organized. • Overnight guests are permitted up to 6 nights per month. • Stable employment and good credit are required. • Credit and background checks will be part of the application process.

We’re a friendly and social household, but we also respect everyone’s privacy and downtime. We’re a fun, easygoing household with a good mix of personalities! One roommate is the homeowner, a gentleman in his 70s who is quirky, hilarious, and guaranteed to keep things entertaining. I’m 30, work from home, and am pretty social and laid-back. We enjoy chatting, hanging out, and having a friendly atmosphere at home, but we also totally respect when someone wants their own space and time to recharge.
