2. Roommate, Adriannè lives and works for Google, located in Pomona sometimes Glendale when extended weekender

And rarely seen Danielle who lives offsite most of the year! (you share a bathroom with him).

Kitchen features gas stove with griddle pre-built, an oven, ninja grill & air fryer, toaster, blender, and coffee set (frother and grinder machine) &Dining has lounge & desk with white-marble top end, lounge microwave (popcorn) & Private personal space for cabinet items like spice, plates and bold coffee mugs also enjoy your own separated refrigerator space in main cabinet, fridge drawer and freezer space. Keep items properly stored by base like cold items or frozen

Hot during today spring break thru late-August! And It’s cold after October to mid February.

Decorated year around New Years pillows, valentines, forth of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving dinner made and shared, Christmas.

Private hallway leads into your bedroom door, roommate door (who is gone year around), and private bathroom door.

The hall locked from the rest of the house and only you or Danielle roommate can accessor: he lives far away most of the year.

Hallway and bathroom cleaned once a month or needbe, or live-out landlords policy procedure (not here unless important).

All doors are Dead-bolted.

Move-in Cost and Utility cost broken up:

*move-in cost $1700 first month and $2700 security deposit plus utility cost (about $210-240 avg added per month)
*must pay gas, WiFi, trash, water and landscaper, pool maintenance + cleaning, and housekeeper and organizer
*These utility cost are about $740 a month /split down three -ways) or $210-280 per split end, ask Danielle
