Very close to Cal State Fullerton, Cal State Poly, and Mount Sac. Private room with a private entrance. The entire home is open for use; washer and dryer, a gym and music studio in the garage, full kitchen, a well manicured yard, a private walled in back yard, a nicely appointed patio, etc. I just ask that we all clean up after ourselves. You will share a bathroom with two tidy super chill roommates. We are two short blocks from a Starbucks, an H-Mart (an amazing Korean Supermarket), restaurants, etc. Diamond Bar is an upscale quiet and safe community. Rent is $1100. per month plus 1/4th of the utilities. To confirm moving in a payment of first and last months rent plus a refundable $500 security deposit is required.
