Room in quiet neighborhood

I have 2 rooms for rent in a house on a quiet cul-de-sac.

7 miles from Cal Poly, 8 miles from CSUF, 12 miles from Western University of Health Sciences. Easy access to 60/57/10 freeways.

Room #1 - beige wall color, available 9/1/26
Room #2 - lavender wall color, available 10/1/26

Prefer professionals with proof of employment/income, or students with proof of enrollment. No pets or children.

Non smoker, no drug use, no party. One year rental is preferred, but I will entertain shorter term on a case by case basis.

You will have access to all amenities in the house, including washer/dryer for laundry and the pool. Parking on drive way.

Housekeeping comes once a month, but you are expected to keep things clean and tidy, especially in the common living area.
