Room for rent. I’m renting out an extra bedroom in a house on a quiet cul-de-sac.

7 miles from Cal Poly, 8 miles from CSUF, 12 miles from Western University of Health Sciences. Easy access to 60/57/10 freeways.

Prefer young professionals with proof of employment/income, or student with proof of enrollment.

I don’t accommodate people who work from home.

Non smoker, no drug use, no party.

Room is for ONE renter only, no couples/children. One year rental is preferred, but I will entertain shorter term on a case by case basis.

You will have access to all amenities in the house, including washer/dryer for laundry. Housekeeping comes once a month, but you are expected to keep things clean and tidy.

Room can come furnished or unfurnished. Move-in date is flexible.
$900 + share 1/3 of utility bills (gas, electricity, water). Internet is provided.
