It has furnished common areas, tile and laminated floors. You will have a designated parking space on driveway, if your car does not have any fluid leak; otherwise, there are plenty of parking spaces on the street. Rent is $1,100 or $900/month + utilities (water, electricity, gas, trash and internet, the bills will be divided equally among the tenants in the house). You will be sharing the house with 3 nice and responsible students at nearby college. Kitchen privileges include the appliances, cookware and dining ware. Washer and dryer are in the garage.
