The interior of the house was completely remodeled. Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are all in great condition. Safe and quiet area with neighborhood watch. Very close to Cal State Dominguez Hills and Dignity Health Sports Park. Also, a reasonable commute to CSULB. Grocery stores nearby (4 min drive). Neighboring city to Long Beach and Torrance, great city to live in to be conveniently close to those two cities. Common areas include living room, dining room, yard and kitchen. Also close to two major hospitals if you are in the healthcare profession.
