The room has a full size bed/mattress (willing to remove mattress if you have your own full size one), nightstand, dressers, mirror, shelving units, additional clothing armoire, TV, lamps.

Utilities and wifi included except if you want AC window unit, access to common areas; kitchen, living room, backyard.

Plenty of street parking in front of the house

Close to LAX, SpaceX, Sofi Stadium, Centinela Hospital, Little Company of Mary Hospital, Gardena Memorial, El Camino College, and much more. Public transportation close so commuter friendly. Perfect environment for Traveling Medical Staff, Seniors, and Professionals.

Just outside of El Segundo and Manhattan Beach. Ralphs, Trader Joes, Erewhon, Whole Foods, etc close by.

10 minutes from the beach, close to many shopping malls, restaurants, and shops, and near the 405. Non-smoker please.

There are cats and dogs on the premises but they not allowed in the room being rented. Unfortunately no more pets can be brought onto the property.

There is once a week washer/dryer access. Common areas are cleaned biweekly
