About us:
We just moved to the RiverPark/Taylor Yard community and recently lived in ArtsDistrict/DTLA Little Tokyo for 4 yrs. We purchased this townhome and have rented out the bottom unit to 2 family friends for the past years who worked from home + out & about most of time.

We're a warm and welcoming couple who live in the upstairs unit. We also just welcomed our toddler daughter Arynn who is a sweet joy! We are happiest outdoors in nature: hiking, camping, dancing, in water, snowboarding, fishing, hammocking/picnicking– recently have been engulfed with being parents to our darling Arynn Aiko!

The top and bottom units are separate, but we’ve enjoyed a friendly wine night with our tenant every once in a while & tag team with packages + deliveries. The patio is shared space and a joy through out the year! A brisk walk outside in the arboretum is our favorite daily activity day or night.

Dax loves to eye out foodie blogs and enjoys to cook! Britt enjoys yoga, music, art projects and anything in nature! She works from home & runs her Real Estate business and Dax works at Kaiser West LA, In Patient Pharmacy. We have a darling white maltipoo that is well trained and a service dog ~~ non-barker, would love to be your friend!
