Located in Del Rey at a walking/ biking distance to the Marina, and Venice beach. Right off Centinela exit on 90, you're a short 15-minute drive to LAX / Santa Monica/ Downtown Culver City. 5 minutes from restaurants and entertainment!

We're a professional couple looking for a housemate to share our large 5 bedroom 3 baths tastefully decorated modern home located in a safe and classy neighborhood of Del Rey. The house has 3 levels, with a large and beautifully decorated backyard. You'll see, there's plenty of room for 3 :). The room is not furnished (Pictures show current housemates stuff. He just became a proud new homeowner, therefore moving out!)

Your room, bathroom, and walk-in closet are very spacious...a Master bedroom size! And since this is on the basement/ garage level you can weave in and out of your space, den, yard, kitchen, and house at your schedule and pace...without a bother to others and vice versa!

We're a fun-loving laid-back couple who enjoy a vibrant and clean environment. We're looking for a professional roommate who has a friendly, respectful, (not overly loud personality,) and who contributes to keeping the common areas tidy and clean. We'll go with the flow if you prefer complete privacy or would care to join us for fun-local activities.

I'm an Image Consultant, and looking for a FT job, and he is business owner. I work from home (for now), and he works from home in the afternoons, his office upstairs.

I love international travel, a fitness regiment, and cooking, and he likes to eat out, workout and listen to good tunes!

We'll do the usual background check, and be happy to welcome you to our spacious and tastefully decorated casa quickly, if we feel its the right fit!!

You get to use the fully furnished den (almost a private living room for you, includes TV and classy furniture) kitchen, refrigerator (there's also a spare one in the garage), dining, living room, den, backyard, exercise equipment in the garage, and laundry room.

Utilities and maid cost to be shared. Month-to-Month lease, 3 months minimum.

As I mentioned, it's a huge house, and since only 9 pics were allowed, I've included couple pics of the living room level (incl. kitchen), your level which includes a separate den/ huge living room area almost fully exclusive to you, couple pics of your bedroom - your master bedroom size, bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet is pretty much master bedroom size. The den spills into the huge back yard, that is tastefully decorated to lounge!
